Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements or open bets will be settled in the normal course. Remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being satisfied.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Company suspects fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) a Player is found to be a Restricted Person; (d) the Company determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the Account poses regulatory, reputational, or operational risk.
